Who we are and what we do:

RedE-Commerce is the total e-commerce solution from Subtle Monsters. Subtle Monsters has an eye for design, a nose for technology, a marketing hat, and a heart for small business.

Once upon a time, when a client needed a web store we would help them set up shop with one of the many available solutions. But whichever cart they ended up using, they all had the same problem; suddenly persons who heretofore had thought of themselves as an author, or a musician, a sole-proprietor, or a speaker now found themselves in retail. They had to manage inventory, ship packages, track sales stats, and field customer service questions. And, all this added responsibility was sapping time and energy away from their primary vocation—the very thing that the web store sales were meant to support.

Every time this happened, we felt this redundant wish spark in us, “I wish there was an e-commerce solution which would help our clients sell their wares without heaping the burden of several new titles on their job description.” Finally, we decided to attend that need ourselves.

One to get ready:

Really, one step? Yes, really one step. Just get us your product and we will do the rest. We will take pictures and make them look good, we will host and set up your store, we will design it to look like your existing site, we will process payments, ship orders, handle customer service inquiries, watch inventory levels, track sales stats and generate reports.

Who we are not:

Lest you get the wrong idea, we are not trying to be all things to all people. Rather, we’re trying to be all web-store-things to particular people.

If you are a company with IT, marketing, and design departments, and a warehouse; then we are probably not what you’re looking for. If you don’t have those things, though; consider letting RedE-Commerce fill those roles for you.

On the other hand, if you like to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty with every aspect of your product; if you want to manage the products in your store, run sales, put the product in a package and ship it all yourself, well Subtle Monsters would love to help you get set up, but RedE-Commerce is not a DIY solution. Actually, it’s more of a LUDIFY (let us do it for you) solution. If you want to pass off your web store to someone you can trust so that you can stay focused on your business, that is who we are. Pricing:

We understand that you are not, nor do you want to be, Amazon.com. Our pricing is designed to be easy to get started with, and easy to maintain. By basing our fee on a percentage of sales, we take the ups and downs with you. If your store has no sales in a given month, you have no burden to pay us. On the other hand, we have a vested interest in seeing you profit, and you will see this reflected as we recommend and implement promotions for you. Given all that we get done, using RedE-Commerce will be one of the best decisions you’ve made for your business.
